Default ..."Padding" around ImageFrames?

Ok, this is a question for all of you who are graphics savvy. If you read on and don't know what the heck I'm talking about and want to find out, just open up a eq2ui.xml in UI builder and get to where you're looking at..the inventory screen and unroll FrameStyles, scroll to the bottom of the section, unroll title_gold_nw and click the ImageFrame and double click the SourceRect property and resize the rectangle a tad, hit ok, see the problem, undo and you're where I am.....

Anyways my question is that there seems to be a 'padded zone' when you make your rectangle selections, which at least for me makes it very hard to get everything all lined up nice and perdy. Anyone know of a way to...deactivate this padding? Or even a nice formula or way that you do it so you don't spend hours screwing around and just messing the alignment up more?

Thanks -Eloa
