Profit Reborn UI Control Center Icon missing from EQ2 game

My Profit UI Control Center icon disappeared from the EQ2 game. I have to type all commands. Does anyone know how I can get the icon back?

I have done all the updates with Profit UI Reborn Updater. That seems to work properly. Just cannot get the icon back and functional.

Please let me know if you have any ideas. Thank you.
