Discord Action Bars for EQ2?

I was wondering if it was possible for someone to make an add on that functions similar to Discord Action Bars mod for WOW. My main concern is the ability to limit any particular hotbar to any number of buttons (like a 2 button hotbar, 5 button hotbar, etc.) It would also be cool if there was a way that someone could write a script that could have the hotbars show/hide upon certain conditions. That is the only thing I think is lacking form eq2's interfaces. Thanks!

not possible. EQ2's ui system is completely different than WoW's. you can't script stuff like you could in wow.
