3 problems with Profit. Where i wrong ?

Hello. I was very happy with this Ui but i have 3 problems and (even reading all forums) can't find a definitve solution... i hope someone can help me.

1) Button bar (the one with the small Eq2 button). Any time disappear. I always have to minimize and maximize the level/exp windows to see it.
How can i fix (or force) to make it visible from the beginning ?

2) Fps windows. Any time at launch he move 2-3 cm to left. how can i fix/lock it in the same position ?

3) The target windows (this is not a fault, just me desire). I would like to have the name of target very very larger than now (i can't see the name of target in raid, too litlle). There is a modify i can do to enlarge it ?
