[Added] [Map] Buried Takish'Hiz: Foundation of Knowledge

Here is the first of the new Takish'Hiz zones. It has been tested for the Solo, Heroic I, Heroic II, and Heroic III versions of the zone. The entrance is in Raj'Dur Plateaus and is marked by POI 75320.
