Error for running EQ2

Map Updater will not auto load EQ2, gives error and tell to load manually, however when i do load EQ2 the maps arent working. any ideas?

Should work with Vista 64 to, do you get any error message ?

yes, it says it cant load eq2 will have to load manually but when i do the maps dont appear. could it be cause my internet explorer is running on a 32bit while i have a 64 bit operating sys?

Would like to know if you ever recieved help with eq2 map updater? I am having the same problem and cant get the question. Plz let me know if and how to do it.
