Default NOOB modder question concerning eq2ui.skininfo.xml

I've been piece-mealing mods together from here and have run into a few problems that I'm sure have an easy fix, but being new to modding my skin (or adding mods), I'm not sure what to do.

The eq2ui.skininfo.xml file is included with some of the mods, and not with others. At least one mod put this file in a seperate folder under my custom UI folder, but most want to install this file under the root custom UI folder. Can this file be moved to a seperate folder or is it necessary in the root for the mods to function properly? Or, can I combine the various files into just one, with that file listing all of the data from the various mods installed?

EDIT: OOPS! I just found another thread with a similar question...the answer was that this is for the non-functioning /loadui. I will keep this here though, because I'd still like to know if the file could be moved or combined if the /loadui is ever fixed.

The file simply gives information about the folder it's in to the /loadui window. Combining the info in multiple skininfo files is pretty simple, just copy and paste where appropriate.
