White background in Persona window

I have followed the instructions on the install and placed the .dds files in the everquest II directory and I still have a white background.

I have deleted all my previous UI settings and still have the white background.

Is there a trick to make it work?

When you say you placed them in your EverQuest II directory where exactly do you mean?

The .dds files themselves need to be placed in the UI/ProfitUI/images/backdrops folder.

If I'm understanding what you did, you navigated the .zip file until you got to the .dds files themselves and put them in the \Program Files\Sony\EverQuest II folder. The way the .zip file is setup you're supposed to drag the UI folder into the EverQuest II folder.

That fixed it. I wasn't paying attention when I opened the ZIP of the folder structure.

I created the Backdrop folder and moved the files there and it works great now.
