Windows Explorer Crashing

Ok so I downloaded the new Fetish update and when I try to extract it Windows Explorer crashes every time and when I restart Windows Explorer the extraction progress that did happen goes away. Any suggestions?

I am running Vista.

Let me know if more computer info is needed! Thanks!
