Stormhold POI #47478

The description says that it is a one way zone to Stormhold 1. Is there an access quest to activate this? It does not work. If I am missing anything, just let me know. I seached the forums and googled it. Couldn't find anything on it. I will update a forum if someone can let me know if this is just a bad description on the map or if there is a quest or clicky or something you have to do to activate it. The loc on Stormhold 3.
