chat tabs on top, how to prevent chat from breaking out?

i want a chat window, where the tabs are on top. for this screenshot i just moved the TabPage to the top.
when removing tabs, the ChatPage is resized to fill the additional place of the TabPage.

How do i prevent this?

ok, solved it with some extra background pages and branches.
