Default Am I missing something?

So I put this comment on the EverQuest Forum under the article that has been sticked on top of the technical help forum for a long long time, Titled.

"The Complete Guide to Display Setting Options."

Quote:
Would any of you guys like to create Multiple Custom Display Profiles?

How about being able to swtich between them quickly using on on-screen button panel that is part of your User Interface?

Well, now you can!

Check out the download section on this link on EQ2Interfaces.com Kosmo's MainHUD.PerformancePanel
I got THIS in my emabil box today an the thread is not'LOCKED' So I can't even reply to it.

Am I missing something?

I though the development of User Interfaces was encouraged by SOE.

The SOE tech support cant help with custom interfaces as they are not trained to do so. More then likely he confused your post as asking a question or just didnt understand it.

Seeing that SOE_Bobble the interface developer stops here every day and helps out and they released a uibuilder tool they do support custom interfaces. Dont know why you question that.

If you frequent these boards the TSR's are Horrid about not even reading a post and using macro reply's like this.
The fact that they LOCKED this thread is downright insulting to me.
The thing has been around for months! SOMEONE needs to give this guy a freak'in MEMO on this!

Edit "These Boards" I mean the Technical Support Boards for the Game. Not the EQ2Interface boards. You guys are awesome. I almost fell out of my chair when you sent me a personal message the other day.

It's not locked.

It looks to me like he was saying that the TSR staff wouldn't support the mod itself, which goes for all UI customization.

It was locked moments ago when I posted that original comment.

TSRs are idiots.

I reported the TSR with the Abuse Function. They usually respond to those quickly Someone must have unlocked it.

I wasn't rude or anything. Just said that I think it was inappropriate for them to lock that thread.
I feel for those guys, That forum is flooded with hundreds of post a day with people having crashing issues. I helped out on there for a while, before deciding to focus my time on mods.

I'm glad I did, benefits have been great so far!

I hope Blackguard gave him a swift kick in the butt while he was at it.
