POPULATION / ZONE PROGRESSION
Withered Lands
Travel Station posts in Withered Lands have been replaced with Combine horses.

Skyshrine: The Forbidden City of Dracur
The city guards and golems are now significantly powered up.


ABILITIES / ALTERNATE ADVANCEMENT
Wizard
Solar Burst is now Frozen Burst and modifies Flames of Velious instead of Solar Flare.

Brigand
Mercy or Anger now has a two minute reuse.
Strongarm only will apply the threat positions when the brigand is in a defensive stance.

Dirge
Songhoweler's Invigoration is now a 40% reduction to power cost, rather than 80%.
Siphoning Requiem now applies the buffs separately from the debuffs.

Troubador
Soul Sonata now applies the buffs separately from the debuffs.
Wand Mastery is now Jester's Ruse. Jester's Ruse enhances Jester's Cap, allowing the target to inflict additional damage when casting hostile spells. This triggers 50% of the time (normalized) for about 55% of Dissonant Note's damage.


TRADESKILLS
The pack pony can now harvest t10 resources.


ITEMS
Drunder x4 priest breastplates (non-Challenge mode) can now proc Celestial Restoration III.


PLAYER HOUSING
Marketplace housing deeds will now include the maximum number of placed items, prior to using house expanders, in the description.
Increased item limit for Researcher?s Sanctum to 600.
