Color Issue in UI Builder

I am trying to work on an interface and all seems to be going well except one small problem. The graphics I use in UI builder are pink and red, with a smear or oranges etc. Yet when in game they look fine. Is this a result of 16bit issues as a saved dds or am I overlooking something?
