Bars out of the border of screen

Things like the chat bar (part you type on) are not visible to me because they are positioned off the screen. How can I fix this?

right click the chat window and select window settings, make sure the frame and titlebar drop down menu is selected.
thats what normaly fixes mine.

Enable the titlebar on your main chat window to show the chat input. I you still want to hide the titlebar, set the Titlebar opacity to 0.
