Target and Implied Target Failures

I have copied/installed the target and implied target files to the thorui folder so many times my brain hurts and it still doesn't change the ingame appearance. I even deleted the thorui and re-installed it. The .ini file is correct as far as I can tell. Could having installed the game from the website have something to do with it? My CD install failed and I had to do a web install. Everything else in the thorui prefs works except for those two files.

Try changing the feature to the medium or small and see if there is any difference.
also look for a mainhud_target.xml in the thorui folder and delete it just in case.
SAme for the implied target...
