right clicking hotbars

not sure if this is Fetish problem or EQ Ui problem, when you right click the hot bar for the menu the top option in clear all hotkeys, can this be moved lower in the list too many times have been in a hurry to get to hotbar options and accidently hit the clear all hotkeys option by mistake
