Maintained spells/spell effects icon size changeable?

My display has only 800 vertical pixels, and the screen is pretty much cluttered with all the chat/quest/hotbar windows. I would like to ask if it is somehow possible to have smaller icons for the maintained spells or the spell effects? Like the ones which are visible under the target window?
