AP Points always showing as 3

Question:

I removed the "skills" (EQUI_Mainhud_skills) part of my custom UI and reverted to the "Default" yet I always show the same amount of AP Exp on the bar as well as 3 AP Points <now have 14> no matter how many I have. Even when I did a Respec I was shown 3 Points.

Is there a file I am missing and need to delete? It also shows that I have the same amount of exp into AP level 100% of the time, never changes, even when I ding.

do you have a file named eq2ui_gamedata.xml in your custom UI directory? If so deleted it, that may be causing it if it's out of date.
