one toon with no POI's on maps

I have a station account. My toons all have updated POI's on their maps except for one. How do I correct this problem?

The UI being used should be the same for all characters. My guess is that you have the POIs all filtered off for that character. Right click the map and choose the filter option and make sure that the POIs are all set to be on.

Thanks for replying. your suggestion was the first thing I tried before my husband tried to help. He had installed the maps and knows a lot more about computers than I do. He couldn't find the problem. Again, thanks.
