Missing Maps

Down loaded latest version of Mapquest onto a new PC. Download appeared to be good and Map apppears to update well. Many of the old maps in secondary zones are missing.

Missing as in what: a black map, a blank parchment map, or the map window tells you that there is no map for the zone?
