Bank Vault Container Positions not saving

I'm having some issues with slots 9,10 and 11 in the bank vault not saving their positions, icon sizes, padding and window width. Can anyone explain to me either how to edit the files directly in the UI Settings editor or preferable to force a save inside the game? I've tried /save_uisettings already and it didn't work.

There are also a few shared slots that are having issues as well but they aren't as annoying since I don't keep anything there.
