Offensive Skills Dynamic Data

Request for SoE:

I for one would appreciate an addition to dynamic data of a character's offensive adventure skills. Specifically, Ranged Skill, Piercing Skill, Slashing Skill, Crushing Skill.

Mitigations against these types of attacks has long been in the set of dynamic data; we've never had the offensive skills as dynamic data. Having the offensive skills in the set of dynamic data would be useful in a number of ways (e.g., stat bars, etc.)
