Character and quest helper titles

trying to setup the character window as in your download picture so i can reduce it to just food/bags ect snf hsvr the title bar and also the quest title bar will not stay up on screen either.. nice ui so far...

The small window variant is what you need to have the options for the small bags view. It does not stay in the smallest view between loads at the moment. As for the title bar for the quest journal that is probably a matter of positioning.
