Question Want original UI back

I uninstalled (I lost my glowing trail and I just don't like the little dots everywhere also the map fog turned solid black instead of opaque) it, but the points of interest are still there, the fog is still solid black, and I still don't get the glowing trail.

Is there any way to reset/refresh the original UI? I've searched the forum (here and EQ2) and must not be using the right terminology because I didn't find any answers.

Thank you for your time.

Delete the eq2.ini file located in your root EQ2 directory, and you should be set.

Quick and dirty way would be to simply edit your eq2.ini file and change the name name of the UI it references to default.

If you open it it will look something like this:

cl_ui_skinname ProfitUI
cl_ui_subdir UI/

Change the cl_ui_skinname from 'ProfitUI' (or whatever your using) to 'default'.

EDIT: Ah... nm... see I crossposted on a couple others. For some reason I was thinking eq2.ini needed to be there poiting at something. Learn something new everyday. heh
