Uis dont seem to install rpoperly

im really the lvoe the nightelf 2 ui but when i try to use it i have some issues, i follow your instructions but when i try to load it up this is the result http://img408.imageshack.us/img408/8...2000000ut5.jpg, where am i going wrong?
