do you plan on adding a compatible version of your guild window and alot of the other windows you included in 1.6b and lower that are not with 1.7?

I know that alot of changes where made in live update 13 but alot of those windows you configured have nice layouts

It was not my Guild window - if you want it the updated version is here:

The only other thing I missed out was Jaxel's inventory window - which I've decided not to use as it was not required (all the stats are on the front page after all and on the new Persona window).

okay, I tried these out on both live and test...two things

1. like others, my clock has just up'd and left. (NOTE will try the clock command once I get home from work and servers are back up

)

2. My implied target is not showing up at all. I see where others are having a problem of it not being centered, I just don't have one. (and yes I tried the alt+t command too) I will download 1.7a and try that (again once servers are up and I get home from work)

otherwise looks bootiful

Edited...the ui itself seems to work fine, but see below....

The 1280x1024 ini file that came with version 1.7 is crashing me on beta, which i figure is pretty close to what live will be like whenever the servers are up. When I try to log in, i can't get past "Receiving zone info" without crashing and getting that Windows error window. I am using fresh files from 1.7 with no old files underneath. Will just have to not use an ini file and hope all of the windows are visible in their default positions.

I tested it on Test and Beta DoF - as have all my guild and it works fine.

Just speculation on my part, but could this be the actual root of the problem?

Both 1280x1024 and 1024x768 layouts are crashing the game at "recieving zone info", although it works ok using default settings with the UI (however the layout is scrambled essentially).

Yes, as it's loaded via the experience bar as is the manastone/ring area - which is what's causing the problem

As of today, after installing DoF the game crashes when it's "receiving zone info". When I delete my servername_charname_eq2_uisettings.ini file I am able to zone into the game but the UI is everywhere and impossible to sort out. I'm sure this is already being looked into, just wanted to add this in case others run into the same problem.

Heh, this post didn't even make it up and I see your on top of it.

I'll keep checking back for an update! Great UI.

OK, problem is the manastone window auto loading

for now I've used the player window instead - so no self effects until I figure out a new way.

Hmm ... Using new player_settings, replaced completely the UI, replaced these 3 files. Get logged in and client error just as I see ingame.

Checking a few things

Edit: Removed EQ2maps. Same problem. Crash upon entering. Can anyone confirm or deny. I am happy to debug my side but certainly would help knowing if it is just me!

Odd, the exp window isn't giving me any issues. My old ini ui setting file works fine also. Having a bit of trouble moving the manastone etc. window around though.

I for one am not having ne probs now with 1.7 or 1.7b but i am having probs with SOE's piece of garbage servers crashing, and having 5min zone times or not being able to zone at all and having to exit out becasue it wont recieve zone info then having to run a full file scan every time or reboot my comp to be able to get back in

Working fine now...one issue i noticed is that using the new small sans serif font screws up the experience window text (makes it look as if you were running the UI w/o installing the included fonts).

Im having isuue with the rings buff and weps offence, everytime i try to use it it target me instead the enemy for the wepeon.The rings also targets me.
