Ouch Interface not loading correctly

I have had some computer issues that has required me to reload EQII and ThorUI several times now. Well on this last time I finally got all the game patches (took two attempts) and clean installed the UI.

The Problems are as follows:
The downloaded version shows the cancel, advance and about button on the bottom of the top block (Beta III) and after a few seconds it says a new version has been downloaded and restarts. Okay it grabs the right version (or so it looks like) but the logfile.html is the old version (white background and code) This is no biggy as you have posted the fixed log file.

Okay now the bad news.... I get into game and do a /loadui and the only option is default skin. When I type /load_uisettings there are no settings other than my one character, so I double check to make sure files are in the right place (c:\program(x86)\sony\everquest\ui\thorui) and that my old config files are in the root eqII directory.

So I am stuck using the default UI any suggestions?

I have deleted all versions of Thor several times now.
