Group window will not show up

If I uninstall and reinstall with default setting everything is fine.

But when I go through the advanced, something changes and I can no longer get the group ui up. I have tried the alt G and still nothing.

Group is checked off but nothing. I don't know which option I am selecting that is killing the group UI.

Okay, I saw someone suggest /load_uisettings for the bag shifting problem and when I ran that, I selected a setting which increased the resolution. That seemed to have fixed it. But at the smaller resolution, it still doesn't work.

Now this is okay as I prefer the bigger setting.
