Text being superimposed over descriptions in tooltips

Text is being superimposed over text that is displayed when examining a spell or item via the tooltips. Right-clicking and choosing examine from the radial menu does not show such text. This is a result of some changes I made to the UI, but I don't know how to correct.

Potential fix? This is the text which is being superimposed. Which entry do I alter or both?
