DUNGEON MAKER
You can now play as your own character for dungeon maker! Additionally, player made dungeons are now "level agnostic". This means that characters of any level can play with characters of any other level without having to mentor! The level of your character does not matter much in a level agnostic dungeon but the "con" (green, blue, white, yellow etc) DOES matter, so be wary of yellow, orange or red con monsters!
For example, a level 30, a 55 and an 87 could all group together and do a player made dungeon together without mentoring. The monsters you face may be level 92 but "con" as white. You should be able to take them but they will become more difficult if they con yellow or orange. A level 92 monster will be tougher than a level 30 one, but the con means much more to the difficulty than the level.


POPULATION / ZONE PROGRESSION
Plane of War x4 Raid
Commander Goreslaughter and Corpsemaul ? Warblast spell is no longer as lethal and only affects players close to the commander who casts it. Corpsemaul should no longer specifically seek out the main tank attacking Goreslaughter. Toll of war curse is cast less often during the fight.


MERCENARIES
Kenny should now cure detrimentals.


TRADESKILLS
Rare GU63 recipe combines now reward the rare component back if the recipe is canceled instead of fuel.
Stumblers Wine now get's produced in quantities of 20.


ABILITIES / ALTERNATE ADVANCEMENT
Fury
Overgrowth should now function reliably.


ITEMS
Renewing Bulwark II, III, and IV should now regenerate their wards.
Protracted Wyvern Stingers of the Underdepths are now usable by Beastlords.
Almsgiven Claws of Draconic Bloodshed are now usable by Beastlords.
Clerical Cloak of Destruction now has an appearance.
Lyceum of the Recondite [challenge]: Items have had qualities improved.
Skyshrine the Underdepths heroic [challenge]: Challenge items have had qualities improved.
Skyshrine: Betrayal in the Underdepths: Some drops have had qualities improved.
