Need HELP making things big!

I'm playing EQ2 on a 65" HDTV and need everything I can see bigger! I am having trouble changing fontsizes according to methods I've found searching the forums. Does anyone have somewhere for me to begin? Are any custom UI's made for people who need large everything? Thanks!
