I am including a PSD file for Meldrath, the other guy has provided the POI's.

First attempt at a map, so my appologies if it's not correct.

There was a whole section of wall missing, plus a couple other issues with the map you gave, including a lack of zonerect.

I've fixed the map, and included the core_mapstyles.xml fragment needed to get the map working.
