Update Error

After figuring out how to uninstall .Net Framework 1.1 and reinstalling 2.0 succesfully I finally thought my troubles were over.. The program now works properly but when it attempts to update I get this message:

I installed SP 2 for Windows XP, but it didn't seem to help at all. What do I need for this thing to work?!

EDIT: Reinstalled .Net Framework 1.1, works fine now. *sigh* WTF
