Default Journal window and helper

I have done a clean install of v11.1 twice now and still cannot open a journal window. I get the message that it is incompatible with the latest version. I love this UI and do not want to revert to default. I do not know much about customizing UI and all the detailed help I can get would be appreciated.

Most common problem in cases like this are an improper install.

Be sure to extract the entire ZIP directly to the "Everquest II" directory, NOT the "UI" sub-directory

I deleted the entire Fetish folder and all the ui settings for my characters and reloaded by unzipping v11.1 to the EQII directory, went in game and windows still do not work

Sounds like you may have 2 installations of EQ2 you might make sure as I've had a couple people who did and didn't know it. Yours should be in Program Files/Sony/Everquest2/ but if on a 64 bit it may be Program Files(x86)/Sony/Everquest2
