Default Invitation to NUO - a skill based game

(NUO) Noster Universitas is a UO emulator run on the RUNUO platform. NUO features custom, indepth PvP Guild Warfare and RP/Political systems not seen on other shards. These systems have a real impact on players and Guilds alike. Additionally, seven player Races each have exclusive access to crafting skills. For instance, Dwarven Blacksmiths can ONLY get their ore from Half-Orc Miners who can ONLY get their pickaxes from Gnome Tinkers who can ONLY get their Ore from the Half-Orcs again. This and the lack of "crafting mules" makes for interdependence among players in bartering and trading for necessary goods. This in turn allows for a player-driven economy as npcs do not sell these craftable goods!

After years of online gaming, I have discovered something that I'm sure many of you have discovered for yourself, or would agree to once presented. Three prominent requisites of online gaming. Players want to have;

1. Meaningful pvp with consequences experienced by aggressors and defenders.
2. PvM(PvE) with proportional Risk vs. Reward without the infamous "Level Grind".
3. A sense of power. Players want to feel that their actions have an impact on the gaming community and landscape, for Good and Evil.

NUO has it all! We have had a very successful Closed Beta. We worked out most of the kinks and look forward to the registration of new mature players in our world. Browse the NUO website at your liesure. Then register an account and see for yourself!

It's Dolby/Kudane's call, but for now I'm leaving this open since it doesn't appear they're trying to get any money out of us with it.

There is no charge for NUO. I looked around for posting Rules and read through the FAQ. Nothing seemed to be against posting an invitation such as this. Most Guilds/sites welcome the invitation in their responses. If it is unwelcome, please move it to an appropriate forum, delete it, whatever. The last thing we want to do is be offensive. If not, simply appreciate our welcome. If we dont see any of you in NUO, perhaps we will meet in another game someday.
