System.Xml.XmlException

I get a System.Xml.XmlException in EQ2Mqp_Updater.exe whenever i try to run it... it then asks me to debug (i have VS .net).

Obviously, it doesn't work and i'm getting lost in game
Has this happened to anyone else?

The odd thing is that I have another computer (also w/ VS .net) and it DOES NOT exhibit the same problem. I have installed the newest .net redist (2.0b).

Any help would be greatly apprecaiated.
