Select NPC Dialogue with Keyboard?

Is it possible to make something like this? Something like the enter/esc mods for loot and whatnot. Just assign keys like num 1, 2, so on to npc quest dialogue to eliminate going from keyboard to mouse and then back to keyboard once the quest has been accepted.

I'm not talking about the enter/esc for quest accept/decline, i have that already. Im talking about the actual dialogue:

NPC says, "Hello Bluemith, would you like to assist my cause!?"
num 1 - "No"
num 2 - "Yes"
num 3 - "Go away"
num 4 - "This is a sucky request"

If its possible would anyone be interested in picking it up? Or telling me where to go to learn how to do it? Thanks for looking!
