since LU12 i have probs with the feitsh UI, the game allways quits

is there any patch for the fetisch classic?? so i can use it wir LU12??

Yep, GREAT UI!

1. I have the same problem with the Broker Font, the name of the seller it's just squished so close together, can't read the name of the seller. Is there an option to change the font to another one?

2. And then Is the target window problem, any word on a new version or update Zonx?

I have followed Readme instructions to a "T."

The UI appears to load, but all my windows remain exactly as they were. The colors have changed, the buttons look different, when loading it said this was Fetish UI, etc etc etc etc.

BUT

When it finishes, I have just junk. Windows exactly as before but some invisible, etc. I have changed my screen settings to every conceivable one, 1280 X 1024 all the way to the smallest screen.

Nothing helps.

I have dumped it all, reinstalled 2 times, EXACTLY per the readme instructions.

Any help? Anyone else have this problem?

Seems that my old windows are staying put and not arranging according to the new UI...and some cannot even be seen.

Hey Zonx,

With the expansion coming out i know you won't have a fix for all the things the first day or two. I am on beta and know fetish nightfall is not working good there. For the first day what should I do before you come up with a fix for it all? On beta i just deleted the entire Fetish folder but hate to do that on live server unless that is the only way around it all. Or are you on beta too and plan to have a patch for it all quick?

Hey is this the updated for the DOF ??? will this work and how do i uninstall what i already have in do i just overide all files when i unzip ?????

Hi!

Is there a standart UIsetting file for this version? I used one in a previous version, but seems like it wont work with LU13. Dont want to drag each and every Window where it is supposed to be. I'm Lazy.

Two quick questions - in my Fetish directory, the page is titled _Fetishstyles.xml. Does that underscore upfront make a difference?

Also, there's no eq2ui_fonts.xml file in the Fetish folder. It's in the default folder. Should I move it to /Fetish or just ignore it?

Gumba, thx for the screenshot, I'll look into tweaking the button. Should only be 2 lines not 3. Fonts don't render the same in UIBuilder and I must not have noticed the bad wrap in-game.

Yes my website is being moved. My old registrar sucked.

Feonir, the provided settings files should work for those screen resolutions but you'll prbly need to move the Persona window. If all else fails, trashing your old settings before logging in should restore the default locations for all windows. You should expect to reposition some stuff if your reso is smaller than 1280x1024 or restoring to defaults.

merneith, yes you need to retain the underscore in the file name. Yes you should copy eq2ui_fonts.xml from the default folder to the Fetish directory if you are making changes.

I can't get my self picking to work where you can target yourself by clicking with your mouse on your person. Anyone else having this issue?

I am having trouble with the tracking window. I have downloaded and installed the most up to date version and everything else is fine but my tracking window is always blank. Any ideas on how to fix that?

For some reason I cant seem to get the the sale window up so that I can sell to the merchantsI can click the tab but it does not change the window. Im I missing something.

I'm aware of the grey text entry box issue. Will hopefully have that fixed in the next full release. SOE did wierd stuff with the textbox styles. Likewise for the new search window's results coloring.

I'll have to look at the guild window highlite issue. From the screenshot, looks like the highlighter isn't properly shrinking to elliminate the extra notes row seen by officers. Not a game breaker.

Patch 4.73 should resolve all issues reported up to this point.

Can't stand playing the game without the Fetish UI and EQ2Map. Well I can stand it but just barely. Thanks for all the great work on our behalf.

Thanks Zonx, the bane of drag and drop is that it doesnt always listen. Put stuff in the right directories and it works great. Thanks for an awesome interface. I was going crazy trying to use the default ones or others that I had found

Is there some mechanism in place that inhibits you from having a link to the latest patches on the front page of the initial download page? If it was there it would alleviate some/most of the repeat posts here that ask about it.

I don't know if this is just an option i have failed to turn on somewhere or not, but i was noticing that my target window didn't show the ^ difficulty arrows, but my secondary one was(like when you have someone selected and they have a monster targeted) is this an over sight? cause i keep attacking ^^^ without realising it, i'm guessing it's something i've failed to turn on but i'm just curious

Now please bear with me.... just accomplishing the above took me a full day and I'm PROUD of myself

but I would love to use the autologin gizmo to just 'hardcode' my password/char/server. I got it all to work except it won't reconize Lucan D'Lere as the server... I know there is a special way to type it in but dang if I can figure it out.

Tried LucanDLere, Lucan D'Lere, lucand'lere, lucan_dlere and variations thereof but to no avail. I am putting it into the top portion of the eq2ui_loginscene.xml where the password and server info is...... any clue would be most welcome. I can get it to show lucandlere but server is not reconized... ok I can get it to work by just adding the space and connecting but it is bugging me to not figure it out.

two things:
a.) Petition window doesn't work right - all of the subcategories give that same two options - also can't type in box for what to petition.

b.) Example layout if anyone needed one:

Also, the tooltip for when you hover over the ? in the inventory window doesn't show T6 rares - might wanna dd those

Try just Lucan - sending tells to eq1 people I remember multi-word names were just the first letter.
