Button 3: assist? (yeah its rather lame - coz you can do that elsewhere)
But MD & AP are group buffs not raid - so its rather pointless haha!

Just wanted to interject this quickly. Once you have edited and saved your file to configure the buttons with the appropriate spells, right-click it, go to Properties and check the "Read-only" box. It will save you some frustration if you tend to do complete overwrites when updating ProfitUI . If you need to edit the file again, uncheck the box, rinse, repeat.

As a Coercer top priority is...
1. Mana Flow
2. (depending on AA line I'd say) Sever Hate
3. Cure Arcane
As a Monk I'd say...
1. Heal
2. Not needed
3. Not needed
I'd most likely make all three heals for my own use

is it possible to add more than one command per macro...
example... the first one would use X ability and say over raid channel that it's using it on the person.

<Page Name="Coercer">
<Data Name="Button1" Macro="useabilityonplayer Parent.Target Mana Flow
raidsay MANA FLOW to Parent.Target

raidsay PATCH HEAL to Parent.Target
gsay PATCH HEAL TO Parent.Target" Tooltip="Heal"/>
<Data Name="Button2" Macro="useabilityonplayer Parent.Target Heal

Cures are the difference between life and death on touch epic encounters. Anyone with a single target cure spell can cure anyone in the raid, and should if able.

How do you know when to cure an out of group person?

It might be possible to mod the player's window effects icons to automatically raidsay asking for a cure when an icon is made visible..

I use for Mystic :
<Page Name="Mystic">
<Data Name="Button1" Macro="useabilityonplayer Parent.Target Rejuvenating Rite;" Tooltip="Heal"/>
<Data Name="Button2" Macro="useabilityonplayer Parent.Target Ethereal Aegis;" Tooltip="Ward"/>
<Data Name="Button3" Macro="useabilityonplayer Parent.Target Ancient Balm;" Tooltip="Cure"/>
so Heal, Ward, and universal cure

I've tried this for my troubador and it doesn't work... All I hear is the "beep" from clicking the #1 button in the raid window... if I try to click the other two it prints the stuff in my chat window.
Code:
<Page Name="Troubador">
<Data Name="Button1" Macro="useabilityonplayer Parent.Target Jester's Cap
raidsay Jester Parent.Target" Tooltip="Jester's Cap"/>
<Data Name="Button2" Macro="beginchatinput "QuickRaidButton not configured, please see _ProfitUI_QuickRaidButtons.txt"" Tooltip="Macro2 (Tooltip not configured)"/>
<Data Name="Button3" Macro="beginchatinput "QuickRaidButton not configured, please see _ProfitUI_QuickRaidButtons.txt"" Tooltip="Macro3 (Tooltip not configured)"/>
</Page>

For Dirge:
Agree with Oration of Sacrifice and Elegy at Death's Door.
I like Elegy of Awakening more than Hyran's for sure for the 3rd spot. Only other thing I could think of is Confront Fear or Lend shielding both not so used AA's. Maybe Magnetic Note also not used much but a Macro for that one usually takes care of it (just like Hyran's).
For Inquisitor:
Agree with Small and Large heals. As a third option I like the no rez sickness rez a bit more than reactives.

I actually agree, so the 3 buttons would probably look like this for me:
1: Heal
2: Single res
3: Lend Shield

You can use these or edit as you like, but at least they work for my trouba
<Page Name="Troubador">
<Data Name="Button1" Macro="useabilityonplayer Parent.Target "Jester's Cap"
tell Parent.Target "You have been hit with... Jesters's cap 50% recast reduction for 30 seconds"
say Parent.Target is blessed" Tooltip="Jester's Cap"/>
<Data Name="Button2" Macro="tell Parent.Target Can I have a Heart plz" Tooltip="Heart call"/>
<Data Name="Button3" Macro="tell Parent.Target Can I have a shard plz" Tooltip="Shard call"/>
</Page>

Pally
Fervert Aid instead of Celestial Touch.
Devotion instead of Intercede.
Celestial touch is long recast timer that usually goes on whoever has agro on the mob, ie, MT. So it's just as easy to cast this targeting through the mob. Intercede is also one that is easier to target through the mob for.
My three:
Fervert Aid
Devotion
Elixir of Resuscitation

I dont agree with the Illu's post. I think the order of the spells is important too. I would use the same spells but.....
This order is more helpful for us:
1. Manaflow (no need to explain)
2. Synergism (a deagro with a damage proc)
3. Cure Arcane (no need to explain)
We mostly use Manaflow, so it should be at first.
Cure Arcane is important too. and on third place its faster and easier to target than on second place.
So put the Synergism on the second.
<Page Name="Illusionist">
<Data Name="Button1" Macro="useabilityonplayer Parent.Target Manaflow" Tooltip="Mana"/>
<Data Name="Button2" Macro="useabilityonplayer Parent.Target Synergism" Tooltip="Buff"/>
<Data Name="Button3" Macro="useabilityonplayer Parent.Target Cure Arcane" Tooltip="Cure"/>
</Page>
Usually on raids, if someone got hitted bye Arcane he tells in raidchannel or in /say, that he needs to be cured and any person next to him is trying to cure him as fast as possible. So i think the wanted curebutton is a good idea for a makro. The other point is that these 3 spells are the only ones that we can use raidwide.

No need to discuss this further in this thread, let's keep in on track, we are still missing a number of classes here!
Edit: Updated the first post with a summary of what we have so far.
And adding myself for Necro:
B1: Heart
B2: Rezz
B3: Cure Arcane

For a necro, how about our spot heal for B3

Sometimes we're a bit quicker than the healers at reacting to the tank getting charmed than the healers. In raids I also tend to hide my group window, unless i need to be watching for a cure.
|
Can't do Ember Seed. The target has to be in your group to cast Ember Seed. You could do See Invis lol.

For Monks the only things I can come up with are:
Intercede and Heal
