it was something like perdigraphics.zip or close to it. it had about 10-12 variations of color i'm looking for the perdigraphics_glowing_purple.dds or something like that file =)

I'll get it set up soon. =) well actually this is the purple but not the neon/glowing purple. =) i loved that look better than the matte =) well if you find that i'd appreciate it if not i'll like this one =)

Also a few things, i'm noticing the coins that are visible on the UI always turn into numbers when you change them or buy or sell something. as well as didn't you have a minimized tool tips window in the ui? =) I have edited the Inventory UI and the merchant UI. is that the issue? =)

I love the interface and have been using it on the test server as well but lately eq2 crashes (on the test server) if i have the ui enabled. I cant play the game without your ui. Any ideas?

Aye m8 dont play on the test server is the best option hehehe

I used to play on test and keep myself on the ball so to speak with UI changes that caused the game to crash etc etc ... but quickly found out that what actualy works on test dont mean to say its going to work on the Live servers come the LUD ... That means wasted time for me... I wait untill I get the live files myself then start to fix stuff...

Yeh means you guys have to w8 and if this was a company then it wouldnt go down to well with the customers hehe.. but since it not then yeh soon as it comes live I will fix it =)

Thanks for using the UI and sorry you got to wait for an update... Just I am more into playing the game than modding it atm

laffs you still do great work, and mine works just fine.. did last night just some minor issues with it =) that i've noted and mentioned before =) i wish i knew more about the eq2 modding to help you out some.

I have been using this UI for a very, very long time... with a few modifications only to the odd window, but still, don't think what would be of me without this awesome thing.

Unfortunately though, it seems that today's patch (06/09/2006) made it so the UI won't work. The game crashes every time I try to load...

I tried different UIs, including Laff's Lite, which seems to work just fine. Also, tried reinstalling this one from scratch without any window modifications, and the crashing problem still happened.

Hope you can manage to look it up... good luck. =)

I use this and today wasnt working..so i took the time and removed piece by piece til i found out what couse the crashes.

Is the mainhod.clock file, the one that has the power bar.

To fix it , i just replaced it with the clock file from the lite version, it is identical

Works perfect now.

This fixes the ability to see the power bar, but I still don't see my Quest Name and bags. Not a major thing, as the power bar was most important. However, being able to see my resist stats was awesome. Know anything I can do to get this window back?

Ok Laffs im begging you now plz fix the UI.... im lost without it. Laffs Lite just don't feel right and the other UIs make me was to puke

i tried replacing the clock file with the lite version, it dindt work for me

deleted it completely and it works fine..except for the small little fact that my manabar is gone. otherwise the entire UI is working fine. are we going to see a perminent fix to that file soonish? i kinda like to be able to see that mana bar and like this UI too much to switch to one of the fixed UI's. they all suck compaired to this one.

Just added a hidden paperdoll to the false Inv window..

Thanks or the update Laffs, now I get the game to load and not crash...

Unfortunately, it is still giving me a message about he Mainhud Inventory window not being compatible. After a fresh complete clearance of the old folder contents and the reinstall.

The window to the right of the journal helper, with the bags, quest name, current zone and some more stats is not showing.

Any fix to this? You mentioned a paperdoll but...

PS: Even after deleting all the mainhud_inventory_blergh things, problem continues...

Toggle alt+c to get the quest name window back

This UI dont have its own custom Inv window anymore m8, I might make another if they ever finish messing with it long enough

Yep getting the same error with the new on, I completed deleted the old folder. Getting the mainhud inventory window error. Also still can not hit Update or Cancel on the pop up window when trying to change a guild motd.

Given that the MainHUD Inventory actualyl works fine, adn isnt modded, I'm guessing the error is wrong, and it means the issue is with the Quest Name window..

can't make it work with this new file either. i've rolled back to the lu25 versions and outside of the paperdoll looking odd it seems to work fine.

i still get the main hud error with the new file.

Tried to add the file you specified there, still get the MainHUD Inventory window not being compatible, for some unknown reason.

Can play without it, as I am not missing anything 100% crucial. If you manage to find some spare time to check it out though, it'd be really apreciated.

Sorry... don't know what would be of me without this UI. Just hope you can keep up your good work (for a long time =P).

No updates for PERDV8 as of yet sorry

.. Too much going on with the other 2 UI's... But once LAFFSV8 is fixed then Its quite easy to fix PERDV8.. so it wont be long so to speak lol

Current update for this UI is nearly done.. Have addressed a few issues I have come across as well namely the exp bars (well working on them still,but they will be fixed) amoungst a few other things.

FIrst love the interface...

finally got all the downloads done and tried logging in and ended up looking at my toons backside on character select screen with no buttons. works with the defualt, so i figured it must be a custom UI thing. any sugguestion on a work around until you get a correction done?

I put the latest update on and when i try to load EQII I get a Microsoft error message and get thrown back to the desktop.

Laffs, I'm always watching for your fixes and love things but the one you just updated doesn't have the alternate files that I always used.... I'm sure it's because you've fixed something or because you've not used them anymore but could you tell us the new info for this ui? =) and yes i do delete =)heh
