Disable or move ignore button

Hi,
I don't know how I manage this but I put people on ignore all the time by accident. Is there anyway to move where ignore is or disable it or make it have a pop up that says are you sure you want to ignore? I would love a feature that would allow a popup to ask for verification of ignore. Is this possible?
