Elemental Cure (Conj AA)

I have searched the forums seeking info regarding the Conjorur's AA of Elemental Cure and the lack of being able to use it in the raid or group window, only being able to use by directly targeting another player. I could not possibly be the only Conjorur to spend the point and use this ability. Perhaps I am ..... Even when targeting myself to cure results in using a potion.

I am able to use my Arcane cure through the Cure control but unfortunatly not my Elemental Cure. Is this because it is an AA ability? Would appretiate any info to remedy the situation.
