are you using profitui? if so right click your chat box and hit window settings and turn frame and titlebar setting to off

I was having the same problem and I have the frame and titlebar off. I removed the mainchat.xml from the ProfitUI folder and that fixed the issue for now.

are you using the latest profit? that was an issue when TSO first released.
