unable to see NPC's in Nek

i use profit ui ..and as of the last patch i cant seem to be able to see any npc's or any of my group members when in nek. i also can't see the bells on the docks, and when i try to zone into the hallow i just go right thru and fall through the world. any help would be appreciated.
