NPC Overhead Quest Icons Missing

Since the update I cant see the overhead npc quest icons. Anyone Having the same Problem andif so how can I fix it because it's super annoying to talk to 15 different npc's to turn in a quest, I've tried the UI options setting and nothing works. Please someone help me
