Resizing the group window?

Is there any way to increase the size the group window icons and font without selecting a lower resolution? A 27 inch hd lcd makes the click to cure icons and names very tiny in the group window.

I am sure I am not the first one to ask this, but I searched forums and came up with nothing. Sorry if it is an old issue that has been addressed multiple times, but some help would be appreciated. Thanks.
