Help a noob out

First of all are there any mods (preferably for Fetish with a similar look but I'll take anything) that shows critical mitigation? If it's on Fetish Nightfall I don't see it.

Also, I made the mistake of trying out Profit UI for a week. It was a week too long, and I'm glad I'm back with Fetish. However there's one thing I liked about that UI (aside from the Crit Mit on the Persona window). They had a mod that showed a countdown timer on the hotbars so you can tell at a glance when you can recast a spell/CA. Is there anything similar for Fetish? I've tried doing a search but no luck, but maybe I'm listing the wrong parameters or something.

Either way I've learned to truly appreciate Fetish. Keep up the good work.
