tried everything

Well i have just about tried everything. SOE had me delete some files cause my login character screen was giving me probs. Suffice to say my eq2maps was also effected. I redowloaded it made my new folder and placed eq2map program in there, made sure the .ini file was set too that folder the map program is in and it still doesnt work. I am pretty much lost.
