Conc Bubbles Not Displaying

I grabbed burt's pack and I was playing around with it resizing the window and trying to move around the actual "player" info in the window.

I put all of that player info into its own page, as a UI mod newbie I must admit that I don't know if thats something that impacts things or not. Well it seems that this removed the ability for concentration bubbles to fill in when I cast a conc spell.

I took the dydnamicdata field that was in the window as a whole and added it tot hat page but that doesn't seem to have fixed the problem. Anyone experienced problems similar to this?
